History

Tusov Stamps is a trading entity of Philatelic Investments Ltd, a private investments company. We started out with the intention of providing collectable stamps to the SIPPS market. At one time, tangible assets, like stamps, were going to be allowed to form part of a SIPPS pension. However, a u-turn in the regulations stopped this from happening.

Although the SIPPS market for stamps was effectively dead, we continued to trade in the stamp market catering for collectors and aquiring investment quality stamps as company assets. We still do this today.

The Directors of Philatelic Investments Ltd

We currently have three share holding directors.

Nicholas Begg

Nicholas runs EtherFusion, the Internet services division of Philatelic Investments. Nicholas is also the current Managing Director of Philatelic Investments Ltd and is a major share holder in Outbound First Aid Ltd.

Nigel Stephenson

Nigel runs Tusov Stamps, the collectable stamp division of Philatelic Investments and is a major share holder in Outbound First Aid Ltd.

Carole Begg

Carole is the Company Secretary and a minor share holder in Philatelic Investments Ltd. She is also the majority share holder and Managing Director of Outbound First Aid Ltd.
